Day 3 of the Health4Youth Project: A Day Dedicated to Sports and Movement

Our third day of the Health4Youth Project in Sfântu Gheorghe was all about energy, teamwork, and the joy of movement! After a good breakfast, the participants kicked off the day with a visit to a local gym — a very special one, as it was Romania’s first smart gym, opened five years ago.

At the gym, our participants took part in a dynamic training session led by a professional personal trainer. The session not only got everyone moving but also highlighted the importance of maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle. The atmosphere was full of motivation and good vibes as everyone challenged themselves and supported each other.

Following the workout, participants were divided into groups and given a creative challenge: to produce a one-minute video promoting sport and physical activity. The teams impressed us with their creativity, humor, and inspiring messages about why staying active is so important for both body and mind.

After the gym activities, we returned together to our office buildings, where the participants got a short tour to learn more about our work and local initiatives. It was a nice opportunity for them to get a glimpse behind the scenes of how community projects like Health4Youth come to life.

Following lunch, the day continued with interactive workshops related to sport and movement. Participants brainstormed and shared new ideas for sport-based games and activities, showing how physical activity can also be a source of creativity and collaboration.

As always, before dinner, our group leaders met to reflect on the day, discuss the highlights, and prepare for the next activities. After dinner, participants enjoyed some free time, which they spent relaxing, socializing, and recharging for another exciting day ahead.

Day 3 truly captured the spirit of Health4Youth — learning through action, having fun through sport, and building stronger connections through shared experiences.
