The second day of our Erasmus+ project “Health4Youth – Sănătate pentru tinerime” in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, was full of energy, learning, and teamwork. Participants continued to strengthen their friendships while diving deeper into the project’s main theme — health and wellbeing.
The morning started with an inspiring presentation by a personal trainer and nutritionist, who spoke about healthy habits, balanced nutrition, and useful lifestyle tips. Participants learned about how the human body works, the basics of calorie burning, and basal metabolism, gaining valuable insights on how to live a healthier and more active life.
Throughout the day, there were two coffee breaks as well, giving participants time to relax, talk, and socialize in a friendly atmosphere — a great opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen the bonds between countries.
After the presentation, the groups took part in interactive activities related to the day’s topic. Working together, they discussed healthy routines, reflected on their own habits, and shared ideas for promoting wellbeing among young people.
In the afternoon, everyone enjoyed a fun and colorful Smoothie Workshop! Divided into five international groups, participants created their own smoothies using a wide variety of fruits and ingredients. Afterwards, each team presented their smoothie in creative ways, from funny commercials to stylish demonstrations — combining teamwork, creativity, and a healthy spirit.
Later in the day, participants attended an informative session about the Youthpass Certificate, learning how it helps recognize the skills and competences developed during Erasmus+ projects.
After dinner, the group leaders held their daily meeting, where they shared reflections on the day’s activities. The atmosphere was very positive, with lots of appreciation for the teamwork, enthusiasm, and engagement of all participants.
The day ended with the second Intercultural Evening, where Austria, Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands presented their countries. They shared traditional foods and snacks, along with short presentations about their cultures and traditions. The evening was filled with laughter, good food, and great music — a true celebration of diversity and friendship.
It was another wonderful and inspiring day of Health4Youth, full of learning, connection, and unforgettable moments!
