Our First Day of the Erasmus+ Project “Health4You(th) – Sănătate pentru Tine(rime)”

Our Erasmus+ project “Health4Youth – Sănătate pentru Tine(rime)” officially started in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, bringing together enthusiastic participants from nine partner countries: Romania, Hungary, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Greece, Croatia, and Spain.
The project takes place between October 10–18, with the first and last days dedicated to travel.

The first official day of activities was dedicated to getting to know each other and creating a positive group atmosphere. Through a variety of engaging icebreakers and name-learning games, participants quickly connected, shared laughs, and started building strong friendships that will last throughout the project and beyond.

In the afternoon, everyone took part in interactive workshops related to the main theme of “Health4Youth”. Working in international teams, participants collaborated, exchanged ideas, and reflected on what health means for young people today. These activities helped set the tone for an inspiring week of learning, teamwork, and cultural exchange.

The day ended with the first Intercultural Night, featuring presentations and traditional snacks from Romania, Hungary, Serbia, and Greece. Each group proudly shared a taste of their national culture — from delicious food to stories about their countries and customs. The evening was filled with laughter, music, and curiosity, perfectly capturing the Erasmus+ spirit of friendship and diversity.

It was a wonderful beginning for our Health4Youth adventure — full of energy, smiles, and new connections. We can’t wait to continue learning, sharing, and growing together in the days ahead!
