This initiative aims to address the rising health issues among European youth, such as obesity and mental well-being challenges, by providing a comprehensive understanding of a healthy lifestyle beyond just physical activity. The project seeks to empower participants to make informed choices regarding nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and responsible internet use, ultimately fostering a generation of active citizens who can positively influence their communities.
Project Objectives:
• to explore the concept of a healthy lifestyle.
• to discuss current issues related to nutrition and sports through the exchange of good practices for preventing diseases caused by lack of physical exercise and eating habits.
• to offer participants theoretical and practical activities to improve their physical and health competencies.
• to encourage young people to become educators and create a network that functions as multipliers for a healthy lifestyle.
• to promote non-formal education and the Erasmus+ program as a support tool.
